the Tiber River and contains the sovereign nation-state of Vatican City. The city holds a significant place in Western history and is home to almost as many historical and cultural landmarks as residents.

Florence (Firenze), the birthplace of the Renaissance, is a fascinating, enthralling, and absolutely alluring location where visitors can savour top-notch artwork and fine Tuscan cuisine. Few cities are as compact or as packed of wonderful examples of art and architecture at every turn. Florence is designed for strolling, which is wonderful for me, but what consistently astounds visitors is its breathtaking beauty! The fashion industry in Italy was developed entirely locally. Since the 1920s, when local designers Guccio Gucci and Salvatore Ferragamo founded haute-couture stores in Florence, shopping in the Tuscan capital has been fashionable. After checking in at the hotel, the rest of the day is free for leisure pursuits.

After breakfast at the hotel and after completing the check-out procedures, a private transfer will take you to the train station to board the train for Venice.
Imagine the boldness of constructing a city of marble palaces on a lagoon—and that was just the beginning. The 50 palazzi and six churches that line its banks reflect the splendours of centuries of Venetian architecture, making the Grand Canal one of the most appropriately titled thoroughfares ever. The Palazzo Ducale and Basilica di San Marco provide two double exclamation points to Venice's iconic S-shaped waterway. But wait until you see what's hidden in the tiny alleyways: local churches adorned with Veroneses and priceless marbles, convents decorated with ethereal Bellinis, ceilings of homeless shelters with glimpses of heaven painted by Tiepolo, and a single Titian painting that eerily illuminates an entire basilica.
You will get a private transfer (vehicle and water taxi) from Venice Lucia Train Station to the Venice Hotel when you arrive. After checking in at the hotel, the rest of the day is free for leisure pursuits.
Experience Venice in the most authentic way by taking a shared gondola ride and listening to live music. Choose between an afternoon or nighttime ride, and then set off on the journey with a singer on one of the eight distinct gondolas. Enjoy the sights of Venice's famous attractions, such as the Grand Canal and Palazzo Barberino, in addition to the music.

  • Day 6

After breakfast, take a motorboat trip from Venice to Torcello, Murano, and Burano, three islands in the Venetian Lagoon. View mediaeval cathedrals on Torcello with a guide, observe glass being blown at a Murano glass factory, and adore gorgeous handmade lace on Burano. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a trip on the water and see more than just the main attractions in Venice.

By motorboat, tour the three most well-known islands in the Venetian Lagoon.
View expert glass blowers at work at a facility on the island of Murano.
