Extra luggage will not be permitted onboard. You can keep excess baggage at the hotel cloakroom in Dehradun before departure.
All temples in the Char Dham circuit are located in high-altitude Himalayan regions.
Pilgrims are strongly advised to carry woolen clothes, thermal wear, caps, gloves, and socks.
Keep a small oxygen cylinder (available at local medical shops) for precaution, especially for senior citizens or those with respiratory concerns.
Carry your personal medical kit with essential medicines.
BSNL provides the best mobile coverage in most remote areas of Uttarakhand.
Other private networks may have limited or no signal at many helipads or temple sites.
Still and portable video cameras are allowed in Himalayan locations, but strictly prohibited inside temple premises.
A basic level of physical fitness is required. Pilgrims are advised to do light jogging, walking, or stretching exercises during the days leading up to the tour.
Full payment must be made 15 days prior to the travel date.
Booking confirmation is subject to availability and full payment.
If the customer reschedules the trip, it will be considered a new booking, subject to availability.
The previous booking will be treated as cancelled and cancellation rules will apply.
Helicopter operations are highly dependent on weather conditions.
In case of delays due to weather, efforts will be made to complete darshan the next day.
If any dham is skipped due to weather, proportionate refunds will be given (₹20,000 per dham).
In case of bad weather or technical delays causing extra overnight stays, the cost of extra accommodation or food will be borne by the passenger.
The company reserves the right to change the route, itinerary, or timings due to unforeseen events, weather, or technical issues.
Children above 2 years of age will be charged full fare.
No senior citizen or child concessions are applicable.
Maximum passenger weight limit: 75 kg per person. For those exceeding, ₹2000/kg will be charged based on group weight average.
