Upon arrival at Trivandrum International Airport or Railway Station, you will be greeted and transferred to Kovalam, a beautiful beach destination just a short drive away. After checking in to your hotel and refreshing yourself, set out to explore the charms of Kovalam. Visit the famous Lighthouse Beach, known for its striking red-and-white lighthouse offering panoramic views of the Arabian Sea. Then head to Hawah Beach and Samudra Beach, each offering a unique and tranquil ambiance. Enjoy a peaceful stroll along the shoreline or indulge in a relaxing Ayurvedic massage. In the evening, unwind by the beachside, savoring local seafood or coffee at a coastal café.

After breakfast, embark on a full-day excursion. You can choose between Poovar or Kanyakumari. If you opt for Poovar, enjoy a serene boat ride through the tranquil backwaters lined with mangroves, golden sandbanks, and floating cottages, where the river meets the sea. Alternatively, you can take a scenic drive to Kanyakumari, India’s southernmost tip, where the Arabian Sea, Bay of Bengal, and Indian Ocean converge. Visit iconic attractions like the Vivekananda Rock Memorial, Thiruvalluvar Statue, Kanyakumari Temple, and witness a breathtaking sunset at the southern cape. After the excursion, return to Kovalam for a relaxed evening.

Check out after breakfast and drive to Varkala, a coastal town known for its dramatic red cliffs and pristine beaches (approx. 1.5 hours). On arrival, check in to your hotel and freshen up. Begin exploring Varkala with a visit to the renowned Papanasam Beach, believed to have holy waters that wash away sins. Walk along the stunning Varkala Cliff, dotted with cafés, yoga spots, and shops, all overlooking the ocean. Visit the Janardanaswamy Temple, a centuries-old pilgrimage site, and unwind with a peaceful sunset by the beach.

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and proceed towards Trivandrum for your onward journey. If time permits, you can stop en route to explore a few sights in Trivandrum like the Padmanabhaswamy Temple or Napier Museum.
