Prices and availability of travel services are subject to change without prior notice. c. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Payment can be made by the available payment methods provided by Tripocio Carnival Pvt. Ltd. d. Any additional charges, including taxes, fees, and surcharges, are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid in full at the time of booking.

7. Limitation of Liability Tripocio Carnival Pvt. Ltd. acts as an intermediary between you and the service providers, including airlines, hotels, and transportation companies. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the provision of travel services by third-party providers. b. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services or any third-party services. c.
