Vehicle AC will not operate in hilly terrain during the Char Dham sector.
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, landslides, transport delays, or natural calamities, any additional expenses (hotel, food, vehicle) incurred will be borne by the traveler.
In the event of electrical or water issues at any hotel, the hotel management will be responsible for resolution. The tour operator holds no liability for such occurrences.
If helicopter tickets are booked and later cancelled by the aviation company (due to bad weather or technical issues), the company will not be held responsible.
Any extra meals, hotel nights, or services needed due to personal reasons, delays, or itinerary changes must be paid by the guest.
No extra sightseeing will be entertained outside the fixed itinerary unless agreed in advance (charges may apply).
All additional services such as snacks, beverages, or personal expenses will be charged directly to the guest at the time of use.
The rates mentioned are valid only for Indian Nationals.
In case of odd-numbered group size, the additional person will be accommodated in the same room using an extra bed or mattress.
In Rishikesh, the green card permit for vehicle entry is issued by the Uttarakhand Government. The waiting time to obtain this permit may vary depending on crowd conditions.
Any part of the itinerary, services, or meals that are not utilized or partially used will be non-refundable.
The company reserves the right to accept or reject any individual as a tour participant without providing any reason.
The itinerary is prepared as per the latest available information and may be subject to change due to local conditions or other operational reasons.
Full payment must be made 15 days prior to the travel date.
Booking confirmation is subject to availability and full payment.
If the customer reschedules the trip, it will be considered a new booking, subject to availability.
The previous booking will be treated as cancelled and cancellation rules will apply.
Helicopter operations are highly dependent on weather conditions.
In case of delays due to weather, efforts will be made to complete darshan the next day.
If any dham is skipped due to weather, proportionate refunds will be given (₹20,000 per dham).
In case of bad weather or technical delays causing extra overnight stays, the cost of extra accommodation or food will be borne by the passenger.
The company reserves the right to change the route, itinerary, or timings due to unforeseen events, weather, or technical issues.
Children above 2 years of age will be charged full fare.
No senior citizen or child concessions are applicable.
Maximum passenger weight limit: 75 kg per person. For those exceeding, ₹2000/kg will be charged based on group weight average.
